As someone who likes to DIY I do really like this store although they are often a touch expensive: you can usually so around and find a better deal elsewhere. So this is sort of the Fred Myers of farm stores. Sometimes I do end up buying here because I can't find what I'm looking for elsewhere. Good store and a place I will definitely return. The staff is always very helpful and understanding, I had took return some thermal caulk here after issuing half the tube (it simply didn't work) and they were very understanding and helpful.

I moved here from the east coast. Was looking for work boots. Wow what a selection. Great prices too. The young lady who help me was very knowledgeable. Got a nice pair of Deens to make that money.

Dustin was super helpful and helped me find the right bolts for my job. The store was well organized and clean. And I loved the fact that they had nfc payment option. I'll definitely be back there in the future. Thanks Coastal!

They are always very unfriendly at the checkout. Girls and guys alike. I have ran into a nice lady at the fitting room. Never look forward to going there. We like the clothes. Their employees all need to learn some customer service skills. Or find a job they like.

I have shopped here many times. Decided to purchase a wood burning stove. Even though prices are a little higher than competitors. I purchased one at well over $2000 and was told it would be 7-10 business days for them to get the stove in. I waited 10 business days with no response so i decided to call them. Was put on hold multiple times while they tried to figure out where the stove was. When they finally found out they told me the manufacturer was waiting on parts before it would be shipped and that it would be an additional 7-10 business days before it was shipped to them. The manager was put on the phone and was very short and rude. So i requested a refund. He did not seem to care the slightest bit and said he would put a check request in and it would take at least a week. I am not one to normally write reviews or get too bent out of shape. But if you are quick to collect a customers money please be willing to at least follow up and be a little more courteous. Needless to say i will be sending my business elsewhere and hope that maybe these employees maybe take their job a little more serious.
