I wanted to find a couple of reasonably priced necklaces for my grandchildren to give to their mother for Christmas. The very nice associate in the jewelry department was so understanding and helpful. She was able to find two beautiful necklaces and with the sales and additional coupons that she found for me my daughter will have two awesome gifts from her children.

The clothes are really nice, good variety of sizes and styles. The bath towels are in the back of the store and usually on sale for awesome prices.

Have spent $4000 in here in the last 2 weeks part of it being my wedding ring!!!!! This has been a series of unfortunate events.  😒 I just want to cry.

Brought an item back. Jcpenny refused a refund instead offered me $1 for a jacket I paid $60 for. Unhelpful cashiers. Glad jcpenny is going out of business. Next time I'll be going to one of the many department stores in the same shopping center.
