I went for a wall mural....they didn't have it. But, the lady.... I believe her name was Laura....was very helpful and friendly. I ended up chatting with her for about 15-20 minutes about random topics. Good people...good vibes....great visit.

Not a good visit.... salesperson was in bad mood and didn't give me my Kohl's reward so I had to wait in customer service to get it taken care of.

Cynthia was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating on my visit. I went to the Garland store for this item and all the boxes looked as if they fell off a truck on the highway. I'm much happier with the Rockwell store.

I was so impressed with the store itself. It was clean and organized and even had a small maternity section (I am 6 months pregnant and shop at Kohls often and this location was the first that had a maternity section) I was lucky to find a pair of under armor tennis shoes that were clearanced down to $29.99 and along with my other purchases I spent $52 and some change. At check out however, the wonderful man assisting us was unable to find the item number for the shoes and called a manager over. The second young man was unable to help and passed the shoes to a female assistant manager who was able to find the number. She returned to our register and when asked if she found it she replied "yes let's just assume they are on sale for this price" and typed in the number. After implying that we were trying to cheat kohls out of a pair of shoes it rang up on sale with no need to adjust it. I was dumb founded that she said out loud in front of a regular customer of kohls something that suggests I was trying to cheat on the prices marked on a sale item. I will not return to this store in the future and an email with the store info was sent yesterday. Do not accuse a paying costumer (that finds deals like this one very often in kohls) that they are trying to cheat the price of something. Very disappointed with this woman's behavior.
