I ordered off the website.  Decided to have it sent to the store.  Lordy.  That was a huge mistake.  Despite having an email saying my stuff was ready for pickup the people who work at the store say my stuff isn't there.  So I called the 1800 number.  That lady was awesome.  Come to find out part of what I ordered had been sitting there in the store for 2 days.  Then when I go to pickup they say they can't find the part they told me was there.  I won't ever shop there again.

I attempted to return a Christmas gift without a receipt. The lady told me I could do an exchange and told me how much the item was. So I found another item I'd like to exchange it for. I went back to customer servie and was helped by a different lady she told me the price was  $30 less than the other lady told me. Then said I'd have to pay the difference on the exchange and it was corporate policy if the item I was exchanging wasn't the same item (different size, color, etc.) "an even exchange" then the amount I could exchange it for was different. With corporate policies like these, they'll be the next retailer closing stores due to poor sales.

In the Salon we had a great lady named Lydia do our hair and waxing and she did a great job! My sister was 9 years old and Lydia handled her with care doing her eyebrows and did a wonderful job! Lydia was the sweetest and kindest lady we have ever met in a Salon! Lydia also helped us find the hair products we needed and showed us how and what to do with it all! We will be back and we will tell others about the wonderful job she did! Thank you so much for hiring a wonderful lady!!

We visited the salon and Lydia was our stylist.  Lydia did a remarkable job trimming and styling my daughters hair.  After she finished my daughter she shampooed, cut and styled my hair.  She did an amazing job.  Lydia took time to give us instructions on how to fix our hair and helped us with products.

My granddaughter had her hair cut.  Sandy did a wonderful job with her back to school  cut.  My granddaughter loved it.

I just left. Had the best cashier name Riley she was so sweet and kind and helpful I really appreciated her.
