No cashiers or workers in any departments. And have to seek out help or check out... Appears as if only one or two employees work on each floor and they are busy at check out stalls with the other employees that are off work or coming in to work early...and Sephora?...don't get me started on those make up fake ups!...they know what they like and use in the store all day. But are unaware of any other people...Say, like maybe paying customer's?... Customers who will be having different needs., The real help or advice customers are seeking is really not a concern to Sephora fakes. Ulta blows this place out of the water. And, Dillard's, Kohl's , Sears, and Target are all much better stores to shop! JC Penny is like the old lady stuck on Worthington brand goes to splurge because she as a big discount due to her! But she dreads it, too!....least there is a salon for the coifed Doo, too!

Shirley the older black lady   was beyond rude to me today . When I came to the clothing department, I spoke to her and she just looked and didn't say a word . She was also watching me. I have a tiny purse so it's not like I was going to take anything.. So I go to Check out..Shirley is the cashier. It was this shirt I had that was on sale for  4.99  and I also had a dress that was 14.97. So my total came up to 32 dollars. I said how is it 32 dollars? She nastiely said "it's 32 dollars because it obviously rung up 32 dollars". So I was like the shirt is 4.99 and the dress is 14.97, that's not adding up. She started getting smart and I'm like the sign is right there go look. So she checks me out and throws my bag to me and doesn't say anything at all. At the point I want my money back because there's no point in spending money in an establishment with rude people.

Man I went in there about 6 months ago and manager named Melissa was holding hands with a fellow co worker a Hispanic boy been probably 9 months ago or later and they were making out in the parking lot and the managers are rude and hateful and bitter you up and then talk to employees like garbage they need to be Union's to stop places like this for doing crap like this.  I have kids and a wife and old school you don't do crap like this and then brand a image that your family store and all I see in there is Ratchet Hoodrats in here shopping and and all they want to do is hire Minority folks that don't know what the hell they are doing and then on top of that there only 2 good managers in the whole store this place is garbage prices are high as hell for it to say Penney on it and then unprofessional and disrespectful they USD to have good employees in home department a gentlemen worked in furniture and and black young man with braids named Anthony in men's that were awesome but the place is gone to crap I'll never go in her with my mother and wife and kids ever again they can't keep no one either place is crap I'll shop at Goodwill and Cisco before this places
