Oddly the nicest JCPenney's I have ever been to. The cool chick make up store had the funniest outfits for the workers, let's just say a not so flattering Harley Quinn. I laughed. A lot.

Nice selection, very tidy and clean. One of the beter onces. However, the internet didn't work at all at the store which made the use of my cupones impossible. That was a bummer.

Nice store, very helpful, but needs more variety and more stock of evening dresses, great staff, need more cashiers, fast line, more people want to come inside

EVEN A PENNY IS WORTH ITS VALUES AND COME WITH WORTH,WHEN TAKEN IN TIME AND PATIENCE TO WHEN YOU TAKE TIME COLLECTING AND SAVING UP BECOMES SOMETHING, VALUED AS NOTHING AND VALUE WORTH THROWN ASIDE IN ALLOT OF OUR RETAIL DEPT STORE,AND WHEN YOU SHOP HERE. YOU INSTANTLY FEEL A WELCOME,I want to help you ATTITUDE, don't hesitate to ask,come bother us,we want to HELP YOU, willing attitude employees. Amy floor manager,I ENCOUNTERED ON WHAT I HEARD AND MY BACK TOWARDS HER. NOTHING AGAINST JC PENNYS AT ALL.I JUST ALWAYS FELT LIKE A SAFE place to come and think freely. it's been lately a place to see and feel sincere smile, offers up the hospitality value not only you as for you,but u want to bring grandma. sincerely Aime and staff around her make you feel like a whole new person when you leave.Its Refreshing to see such values that are rare these days.When humanitarian virtue is still alive and the care if how you are and the care of your wellbeing importance first,and the value of self worth was important than the worldly comobities and materialistic ways it's become more and more.so to make a short story LONGER,LOL.THIS STORE MAKE YOU TELL YOUR STORY,STRESS AND WORRIES,As the staff like Aime makes you feel ok,and MELT AWAY while now wanting to spend $ just to receive that hospitality again was worth me spending and still feeling good that I bought it,and not return it because she made it worth while good feeling,you want to keep it,because it's valued with that feeling.Its meaningful now.As I drive away glowing happy,I realized in a that moment in line,I told her my story, speaking Thai to her,and her in English.I was right I recognized her hospitality matched to the geniune smile you will face as money we'll spent I felt because of the persons helping you along, is the experience you seek and u will get it here at Manteca JCPenney's, Aime and staff you'll want to seek and see for yourself.Thank You Aimee and Staff.
