Fran's did a wonderful  job on my  chair and ottoman !!! Got it back to me in less than a week!! Staff was friendly on the phone and in person!!

In my opinion this is a top notch upholstery shop.  Family owned and has been around for generations starting with grandmother, mother, daughters, grand-daughters.  Carol the owner is great.  She allowed me to make payments to her previously to pay for my new drop top for my Mustang.  She installed my drop top and it turned out awesome.  I have had it for about 3 years now and it has never leaked.  I have a regular glass rear window with defroster in this drop top and my car was vandalized and she was able to order just the section with the window and was available on demand to install new window.  She is very fair and will give you the service you deserve.  She has also done the interior in my daughters boat that turned out fantastic and is now getting ready to upholster my mom and dad's vintage antique love seats that are about 75 years old.  This is the spot if you are looking for awesome upholstery with reasonable prices and great service.

I was referred to Fran's by multiple people. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and timely. They re-upholstered a vintage reading chair and large tufted storage ottoman of mine. Excellent quality work from a local family owned business.

Besides providing top quality work, the ladies in the shop were so friendly and helpful.  I live in Sacramento  and used their services for a project in Manteca but since finding this gem, I have used them for a project in Roseville and plan on using them for all my future needs.
