They had a good sale, but no cashiers.  We all stood in line to make our purchase for at least 15 to 20 minutes.  They finally opened another cash register,  so there was two people now for a line that didn't stop growing. There weren't even that many people on the floor to help customers.

If you call and accidentally dial the wrong extension they get so annoyed and can't even bother to help you.  I called several times and no one would transfer me because standing there in the furniture and home department talking amongst each other is top priority over customers.  I called enough times that one lady told me the extension and asked if I wanted to be transferred and I said yes and she put me on hold instead.

I usually love to go to JC Penney to do my shopping....but the couple days I've been in the store in the women's clothing...it really upsets me to see such a well Department Store/Retailer being so "Sloppy" & Disorganized...it was like being in a thrift store ...all clothes were either all messed up unfolded & hung up on the racks inside out.. seriously "inside out" really!!! & Literally jammed packed on the racks so you couldn't even look at the clothes to find the size you wanted...a lot of clothes were even on the floor....and no employees around to take care of this Mess...it really disgusted me...I couldn't wait to get out of the store...
When I used to work retail we always took pride to how our clothes racks looked & valued customer service.... I also heard other customers commenting on this also.... I don't like going into a Major department store retailer especially one that I used to to shop at and leaving feeling disgusted..but I did today.... please fix this issue!!

The cashiers and floor sales people have been so nice and helpful to me! Always polite, patient and knowledgeable about the merchandise! 😁
But it would be nice to have more cashiers !!
