Really sorry to see this store close.u favorite in Macomb but I understand how it was probably not profitable. I think they missed alot by not catering more to the college students --- especially the girls.   A more affordable line of clothing for them would have greatly increased the customer flow.  It is NOT about making alot of money off a few customers BUT making a good profit off of alot of ALOT of customers.   Customers need a reason to come back !!!!!

I was visiting and realized they were going out of business and decided to check it out and found some really good deals. I love shopping at JC Penney.

Sadly this location is closing, but they had beautiful dresses here and a good shoe selection.
