Today, I purchased 2 LeVian rings for my wife. Stephanie in the jewelery was most helpful. She was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. She even remembered us from a purchase we made 6 years ago. Our experience at Macy's tonight was pleasant and memorable.

My husband and I came to buy a mattress set during a highly publicized sale. Apparently Macy's staff doesn't greet anyone or assist customers with purchases! I gave a two star rating for the clean, well stocked store though. Too bad we're going to shop elsewhere in the future!

This is a good Macy's store that is generally kept clean and the staff is usually nice and professional. Like any department store, however, it's probably a good idea to check online first to see if what you want is available at a lower price somewhere else. Some of their last act items are genuinely good deals, but you have to have a good eye to spot them.
