People aren't polite. I ordered pants online and was trying to exchange that which apparently they can't do exchanges? It was the exact same pant just a different size and they tried to charge me $10 more then the price online. There was no apology for my inconvenience I swear the lady was emotionally void. I work in customer service that's just not how you handle things. This will be my last purchase ever with JCPENNY.

There are 3 checkouts most of the time. 1 in jewelry, 1 in kids, and 4 registers in the front of the store.  The workers are quick and get through the lines FAST!  If my size and color I want are not available at the store, I'm able to order and I get free shipping to the store most of the time!  This is a smaller store so the selection is smaller, but it beats traveling to the nearest bigger stores! This store has been here for 30 years and I can see why! Great customer service and many of the same employees for years. It's great to see the same faces when I come in to shop. They recognize their loyal customers who make this store their #1 JCPenneys to shop at!
