Employees should have smiles on their faces. Don't let dumb teenagers use the automatic carts. Stand up to them. Ask customers who look like they are having a rough one..how are you? My cashier smiled. The 3 around her did not. Walmart is getting a bad rap for trash. I hope someone sprrada the word to smile. Smile & act like you enjoy getting paid.

It's Walmart they need to hire more cashier's. If Sam Walton was still alive he would have fired his upper management for veering from his basic principles of the Wal-Mart culture. Remember if there are more than 3 people in a line we will open another. People are not stupid they remember....

I miss them not being open 24 hours. Working the shift I work I need a store that's open when I get off. All Walmart stores that are not 24 hours get a lower rating. And all Walmart stores automatically loose a star because of the way employees are treated.

Crazy busy store. Least favorite Walmart. A child got hurt there and management wouldn't call 911, was more worried about the liability, instead of the bleeding gash on his head. We had to call 911 to get the child medical help. Management had a defensive bad attitude and also moved the child against the advice of the emergency operator. They also tried to tell the mom they were liable for him hitting h I s head on a shelf that had a damaged end after I told her they had insurance. The manager went on to tell the mom, that their insurance may not cover it if it's her little boys fault by walking into the shelf corner. She was already upset and holding a towel ro his head to stop the bleeding. Unbelievable! I usually always visit a better, cleaner Walmart than this one, but never have I seen such insensitive and thoughtless behavior. The child was hurt and the only focus was on the stores image. Shameful!

I was returning a necklace at the Fine Jewelry and Watch counter for the second time in seven months and they were telling me the return policy was 90 days while I had bought the 2-year service plan so I had to call them up again just like I did in January when they tried to replace the first necklace so these service people could tell them their 2-year service plan does not start until Walmart one year return policy on fine jewelry and watches so make sure if you ever run into trying to return fine jewelry or watches remind them because I had to go through three managers and call the service plan people to tell Walmart once again that their policy is for 12 months on fine jewelry and watches not 90 days the 2-year service plan doesn't start until the one year warranty through Walmart is over and all three managers or very nice I actually had dealt with the same manager in January and she remembered me but returning the same necklace two times it wasn't even the same necklace they couldn't repair it the first time so they replaced it and it also broke I wasn't going through this a third time have a good day hoped this review helped someone
