I love JcPenney's!
I love the products they carry & love,love the children clothes. I've been to the Yuba City JCPenney's 2 times & have had awful experiences. The store is always in disarray & the costume Service at this specific store, is beyond terrible. 
I would not recommend this particular store to anyone. 
I'm shocked to see such a poorly ran JCPenney's.

JC Penney merchandise tables was hammered !!!  Clothes and Stuff All over the floors !  Looked BAD !!!  Womens batroom was filthy, with papers all over the floor and wreaked with bad smells !!!  Staff however was very professional, helpful and nice!!!

Good service...prices are way better most of the time compared to walmart plus if you wear wide shoes this is your go to place not bad selection for 13+ shoe size.

Not only do I love JCPenney, I also love the people that work there. They're very  nice and helpful, and I especially want to thank Paula, Harold and Gabe for helping me with my Black Friday shopping experience!! Also, a big shout out to Ms. Em,  because she made sure people in line are well entertained by asking trivia questions.
