POOR customer service by sandy now only was I embarrassed, and disgusted, I had to spend all day worrying about whether or not I was getting my refund or store credit for $90!! Had to call corporate in order to get a refund on items that were less than 24 hours old, never tried on, tags still attatched and receipt in hand. was told she is not giving me a refund because they were wrinkled!! That is the most absurd thing ive ever hurd in my life. If that's how she wishes to do things, then maybe your items should be sent home with customer in boxes instead of bags! 
the ladies at corporate were wonderful and great to talk to. they went above and beyond to help me!

Rude ridiculous behavior on the part of a manager named Sandy.
I was so embarassed by this woman I walked out of the store.  I had heard from other health care professionals  that the employees in this store can be rude. Now I have experienced it first hand.  Not only did she lose a sale, she lost a customer and my  family.  And i will relay what happened to my co-workers who buy their uniforms there. Personally I think their uniforms are made of crappy material--major polyester content. Yuk.
