Always seem to have good luck when shopping at JCPenney for my daughter and today was no different. Friendly associates and love the coupons!

Love this store.  I can always find what I am looking for.  Clerks are helpful, courteous and patient.  Store is clean and orderly.

My sister and I have been getting our hair done here for at least 10 years now. Im from bay city and moved down to royal oak area and still come here for my hair. Why? Because Im always happy with their work.Terra is amazing. Katie did my bridesmaid hair do for my sisters wedding and for my own wedding and It looked gorgeous. I started seeing Nichole recently because my original stylist doesnt work on sundays and I was nervous to switch but shes been doing a great job. She listens to all my specific requests carefully and my color I just had done looks so nice. All the stylists here do top notch work. Never once have I gotten a bad service here. The reception girls are always really nice and welcoming they hang up your sweater and get you water. I highly reccomend this salon.

Sells people are to concerned with themselves then helping me when they already started helping me at register. Will not be going back there.
