Nice try. Today in the mail we received a "save 10% off your entire purchase" offer as new home wners in order to "help" us settle in and get some work done around the house. Sounded great at first! However, this offer we received just today also ends today, so that made us feel rushed. And THEN we read the fine print and it literally excludes everything from the offer that we have need of buying, plus some, even the things pictured in the letter that was attached. In fact, there are so very few things that it can be used on that it's basically pointless. An obvious attempt to just get us in through the doors and spending money thinking we'll have 10% off, only to get hit at checkout with "This works on nothing in your cart". The list of what it wouldn't work on is a mile long, even getting into specifics such as "all closet organizers and accessories" Really makes us not want to spend any money there at all. Pro tip: if you are going to be nice and offer a coupon, make sure it's actually worth something or don't send it at all.

Store is clean and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The self check host have is a free bottle of water when we were leaving, nice way to end our trip.

Some of the best customer service I've ever had in my entire life. I want in there needing exact cuts on a trailer I was building. Then the worker came right outside measure the trailer told me exactly what kind of wood I needed and how much it would cost and made every cut for me took it home. And I was able to put everything together perfectly.

The employees here are friendly and helpful. They cut pieces of wood and foam down to size for you. We order items online and can pick them up at the store, too. Also, the bathrooms here are super-nice.
