We just bought new kitchen appliances at this JC Penney location and are so impressed with the salesperson, Brandon, and how easy it was. We pretty much knew what we wanted and the whole process only took about 30 minutes. Brandon knows the merchandise well and was helpful and answered all our questions. We bought three stainless steel appliances with warranties, delivery and installation for just under $2,000 which I didn't think was possible. To be fair we were in the store two days earlier for something in housewares and Larry from the appliances section went out of his way to help us even though that was not his area. Browsing afterwards in the appliances section with Larry got us interested. Both Larry and Brandon were warm, personable, competent and helpful. It is so rare to encounter salespeople of this caliber now. I hope Penny's knows how fortunate they are to have these two guys in their employ.

I typically just get shorts and jeans here, since there isn't a whole lot that interests me greatly.
