JCPenney Salon, Waldorf MD - WHY IS IT SO COLD!!! I’ve been going to this salon for 16 years and in the past couple of years it's been freezing year round. Today it’s in the 20’s outside and it feels like it’s 10 in here...I literally feel cold air blowing! Who wants to get their hair done in the freezing cold! The service here is great but I need JCPenney to seriously check the heat in the salon.

Jcpenny Salon
My appointment was cancelled without notice, but the manager said she would take me. Then she said she doesn't normally do hair. I was supposed to have a full highlight/foil to get rid of my roots. The manager then spent 10 minutes trying to find the tools she needed. She then started with the coils. She took chunks of hair, not what would normally be done for highlights. She went over already bleached hair with bleach and didn't put any bleach on the roots. I was only there to get rid of my roots. She then washed it all out and my hair was orange. She then put bleach on my damp roots and processed again. She washed it out and was very rough at the shampoo bowl. She blow dryed my hair and the roots were still orange and the rest of my hair was almost white. It was a terrible experience overall. The lady continued to make excuses for why my hair looked wrong. I'm very disappointed.

Do these people ever pick up the phone??? I've been trying to contact the portraits department for 3 days!!! I even tried contacting all the other departments so they could transfer my call, but to no avail!!!!! Smh
