Love the way they changed this store! The line control needs help though. More associates need to be at the register when the line starts to grow.

Waldorf store is the worst i placed an order on 12/8/17 to pick up from the store.  It was one item and they couldn't get that right. The store is junky i went in there last week and there were boxes under the table clothes was everywhere i couldn't shop i walked out. Management is a joke they really need to come and clean house of management and employees. Will not be shopping at new york and company anymore. I have been shopping at the waldorf store for years but after this i will not be anymore. Then on top of that Jessica the so called manager didn't know corporate number or she was being funny she gave me the credit card 800 number

Worst employees ever so rude followed and watched the entire time I was shopping I choose to shop else where instead of giving my hard earned income to such a rude store waldorf Is the worst
