OMG! JCPenney!! Why must it take so long to check out at the front? I stood in line way too long. And, for the love of all that's righteous -please lower the heat in there!!! It makes shopping seem like a chore...in hell! Honestly, I could've shopped for more but I couldn't concentrate on anything but survival. All I wanted was water! I hurried myself along. Positive note: women in bedding are courteous and friendly. Thank you!!

I had an elderly person in a wheelchair with me and the sells staff was very helpful with picking items out, carrying them around, and assisting with the departure of the store.
