Was greeted by one associate whom was busy at the moment with another customer which is fine. Proceeded to use kiosk to pay cellular bill, kiosk was out of service as usual. Waited 15minutes for service no one came including management and a fellow associate on side of him that were just standing and talking.

I am with a VA client who needs to fix his phone for service.The wait is unreal not enough greetings and they are not as friendly as Web page may say.Verizon in the same shopping center is a 100% bettet.
