I am no typically on to leave a bad review however I received the worst haircut of my life. I did tell the stylist that she could do whatever she wanted. At that point she didn't ask anymore questions, she just cut away without taking my face shape into account. I have a very round face, and now i have 2 maybe 3 inches of hair left. It has no shape and no style to it. I left a tip because i am in the in industry. But if you are looking for a new style and fresh eyes this is not where i would ever go again. I have gotten a lot of bad hair cuts but this one is by far the worst in 33 years. The salon it's self was very clean so it got an extra star.

I shop a lot at JC Penny, I am a fan, but the Taylor store needs some improvements. Men's Big & Tall underwear and socks on first floor, the rest of the Big & Tall on the second floor. My opinion all Big & Tall should be on the same floor. Trying to find someone to wait on you on the second floor, is non existent. Taylor should take some lessons from Flint Courtland Mall. I shop on line because of this, like the JC Penny on line pick up, in back of store.

I hated it u can never find an associate to help if u need and most of them stand around with there thumbs up the butts. The only help we were able to get was at the register I felt so bad for this poor girl having to pick up after her co workers messes and help a customer well u have four associates standing around in the same department your waiting for help in and they just stand there looking stupid
