I am not satisfied with your staff, especially your store manager her name is Taylor, she was being soo rude to us...it seems like she was in a hurry and don’t wanna deal with us....we need a exchange but one of your employee said that we can’t exchange and then she said that i can only exchange with a same jeans and same color we were standing to the register and then your store manager came and she said we have to go back to line...wasn’t that rude...she was dealing us and then she said that to us....i’m sorry but ur staff are soo rude with the customers every time

The ladies were kind and accommodating... the store had a nice variety of sizes and styles for all body shapes could not be more pleased

I ordered online spent 100 dollars off of a gift card. They charged my debit card and told me it was just for a hold until they shipped it when I called. Well when it shipped I called again cause I noticed it was still not in my account. The customer service told me to wait til it gets to my house and bring it in for a return and they can credit my account and that will take up to 48 more hours! Foreign customer service is just worthless. Won't be shopping here because clearly they will tell you anything to make a sale !
