Was looking for a specific style of  Worthington pants.  Styles and sizes were all mixed together so I couldn't find anything. No wonder so many people shop online now.

All the sale signs are so misleading.   The cashiers are always very nice and understanding because they have had to deal with it so much.  Please advertise the items clearly, it is so annoying!

Very fair store, they had a sign out for $17.99 denim with tons of $54 jeans underneath. They honored the sign before taking it down to avoid further confusion. I saved $152 with my coupon. Love it, very happy broke college student. My cashier was new--Katherine; she was very polite, accommodating, and apologetic as she tried to learn the ropes. The more experienced cashier was very patient in assisting her while also going through her own transaction with other customers. Haven't been to jcpenney since I was in middle school, but after this experience I plan on shopping here through college.

Waited forty minutes for associate to unlock jewelry case, even after asking to see a watch. The department was empty at the time.
