Small NY&C so the selection is limited. The store's size does not make for the best shopping experience. One employee was quite helpful but the others acted as if they did not see me.

This is an edit to a previous review! I had the best experience today with an associate by the name of Elizabeth. She was so incredibly generous and her customer service was wonderful. Let me say this.. I have NEVER had a good experience before today and I will definitely make sure to come back because of this woman! Thank you for turning my opinion around Elizabeth!

I am tall, so this is only place I buy Jean's! On-line or in the store, whatever it takes to not see my skinny, little ankles.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Purchased two pairs of pants and two sweaters last weekend. When I wore the outfit to work, my boss pointed out that the pants had split along the seam and the hem of the sweater had split open in the back. Since this happened on the first time wearing the clothes, I decided to return the entire purchase. The manager proclaimed that it was “suspicious” that I was returning multiple damaged items, and implied that I had intentionally damaged them in order to make the return. She then refused to take the items back since they could not be resold and declared that I would have to go through corporate to resolve the issue. Poorly made clothing and terrible customer service ensures I will never revisit this store.

Employees are not that friendly both locations... Only one person is nice and patiention with you and he works at the Sandhills loction.. Don't know his name, young black male there...
