Incredible service from start to finish! I checked with Lowes and they couldn't get me the refrigerator we ended up purchasing for almost a month. Price was the same, delivery and installation was flawless. Never thought to purchase an appliance here but extremely happy we did.

RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS SALON!! Just had the worst experience at this salon. My daughter’s appointment was for 1pm, she left at 4:45pm and still wasn’t finished. The manager Kelondra calls me back full of excuses. Both my daughter and I have had this service numerous times and it never takes this long but she tried to say that every stylist is different. When I made the appt, I should have been told that this was a new stylist. My daughter said she acted like she was scared to do anything!  Then they have the nerve to charge $80 for that BS! I wish I could give zero stars . We won’t be back. If the manager is ok with low productivity from her workers then they will never improve.

I love JcPenney!!! I do not like this particular store though. The store is small and has way too much inventory. It’s congested all through the aisle. Customer service is not that great either. Should have never closed down the location in the West Ashley area.

JC Penny's online operation is a complete mess bordering on fraudulent. Trying to return an item is a nightmare. Three times I waited more than an hour on the phone for a "representative" to answer my call. I returned an item with ALL of the original paperwork and get an e-mail reading:
"Unfortunately our system requires that a return and reorder be processed for the item to be sent out. For your privacy we don't have access to your payment information."
It gives a single phone number (no email, no chat) and no one ever answers that number

Booked an appointment online and the stylist wasn’t there when I arrived. Other employees were very passive about it and acted like i was an idiot and just stared at me. No one even offered to cut my hair for me just kept telling me so and so doesn’t work today. Why have it online??
