My husband and one of our sons went to this store to get complimentary measured for our oldest sons wedding. The store was very crowded. We were greeted by friendly salespeople and instructed to put our names on the waiting list. We were told that the wait may be 45 mins to an hour. We sat on bench just outside the store . Within 20 mins we were called, measured, given a card with our measurements written down and on our way. Everyone left happy. Thank you Mens Warehouse, we greatly appreciate your awesome customer service.

horrible experience. customer service is horrible today 7/28/15 between 1030 am and 12pm whoever was your clerk should be fire. i witinessed her being very rude to two potential client rude and she is lazy was not helpful at all she is not accessible and also she wanted you off store.
