There is ALWAYS  long line when I go to this store, no matter what month, day or time. They no longer have registers throughout the store, just several in the front & back.

The register person was very nice today, though. I returned items I got on line. She seemed a little confused on how to handle the process, but she was polite & figured it out. 5 stars for her!

On 3 occasions we've gone into the store and requested help and received none...we waited around for 15 minutes for the assistance of  employee and no one came over. 

Matter of fact. last night someone completely forgot me. I walked past her and said, no worries I figured it out, to which she replied, "Oh I completely forgot you."

I made a last minute appointment to have my hair colored and cut last night. My stylist was Kim, she was awesome. She advised of what she thought would work well with my hair. But, let me make the final decision. My hair looks amazing. I will be returning to have Kim do my hair. Thanks for taking  so much time with me. Your the best Kim!

Order online for pickup in store. Super simple and convenient. Exchanges and returns went super smooth with a knowledgable staff. Would have been 5 stars if the price was right. Watch the sales for the best deals, otherwise you are paying too much. Open box and clearance items are not marked down enough. Same thing can be bought at competition new.
