Julia and Brie helped us with everything we needed, we purchased a iPad and they were so helpful. They were a wonderful experience, and we would recommend them for any att needs, thank you Julia and Brie😎

Terrible service. The store manager is a total joke! I went in today to add a new line to my new business account that I just created within the last few days. I have added one other line at the store but apparently the store manager is so scared that I'm going to do something fraudulently on my own account that he will not add a line because it is too new and most of my lines do not have enough usage. Again I just created this account a couple of days ago and have already added a line at the store. I even went as far as calling AT&T customer service over the phone and they told me I should not have any issues whatsoever. The store manager lied to me and told me something totally different that there was a restriction on my account but I thought it was funny when I called customer service and they told me that I shouldn't have any issues and there are no restrictions on my account. I highly recommend going somewhere else. I would not give these guys any of my business ever! I see now why the store is never busy and all of the other ones are. They really need to close the store down since they do not want to do their job and sell phones.

Went into this AT&T to get me on my boyfriends plan and get 2 new phones. Aubrey was wonderful! We were being a pain and accidentally ordered the wrong storage size phone. She went out of her way to make sure we ended up with what we wanted and answered all of our annoying questions with a smile 😀 Thanks for all of your help! We are super happy with our new phones!

I have been to this location several times and have nothing but a positive experience! The staff is so welcoming and friendly and extremely eager to help! Thanks to Johnnie I am now on the waiting list for the upcoming release of the new iphone! Totally recommend to anyone who is in need of assistance in the Myrtle beach area.
