I have been coming to this Sephora store for years, I spend hundreds of dollars a year at this particular location because the customer service is usually 100% and the ladies are genuine and super sweet....after today, I will never shop there again thanks to the manager Sonya in which I have never ever encounted until today. I don't even feel the need to get into details at this point, that will be a discussion I will have with the store manager tomorrow. Extremely disappointed, not only was this store convenient for me, I've always had a great experience.

Ordered something to this store then called to cancel 20 minutes later and they said they couldn’t because it had been processed.. it’s been over a week and the item hasn’t even shipped yet. Makes absolutely no sense why they can’t cancel it. Would give 0 stars if I could

I adore this place...have been shopping here for a few years. There's something for everyone (a lot of various fashion styles for different age groups).... as well as lots of goodies for your home! 

There is really no real reason to drive 30 minutes to the mall when JCPenny is right in your backyard.

Dee'Anna Miller is a fantastic stylist. She is knowledgeable about all types of hair and the which products work best. She is fast and attentive to your needs and explains everything as she works. I really enjoy visiting with her and learning about hair products. I look forward to my next visit with her.

I purchased an item online Black Friday weekend because it was not in stock at the physical store. The item has yet to come in from online. I have been in-store twice before to check on the item. However, after going in store to check on our online delivery a third time, we found the item we purchased online in the store. We asked for a swap of the online item for the one we had in hand. This location refused any form of an exchange that didn't require me to come in again.

After the wait on the product, no notification of a delay, and the lack of cooperation from this location, I will not be shopping at JC Penney's, either online or any physical location again.
