First of all I love Marshall's!  I shop here a lot, but they were not good at making me (the customer)  happy!  I was returning a backpack that I had bought for my grandson on July 31. He used it since school started (August 1) and it came unstitched around the zipper and on the handle area. All they did was concentrate on the fact that it was over the 30 days for returns!  I thought they might make an exception for the fact that the stitching came lose but no they wouldn't!  What happened to "making the customer happy"?!  To me it should be more important to do that than risk losing a customer!  Marshall's might should think of using the same return policy Kolh's uses. I'm a very satisfied customer of theirs!  Just saying......

This is a pretty big store compared to another that I frequent. It didn't have much that was if interest to me, but it was very clean.

It's very difficult to find big Rae Dunn pieces at this store. Sometimes I get lucky and gind a mug.
