The managers really should do a much much better job of vetting their employees. We trusting public are the ones that pay for their lack of oversight. Will take at least 3 months to grow out this truley dreadful cut. Please... however is responsible for hiring, take it seriously

The first time I went in October I had a great experience. They squeezed me in between appointments and chopped off my long hair to donate. A bit pricey - $30 for a trim. Went a second time yesterday requesting a trim and some layers. My hair looks like Edward Scissorhands became a stylist and I was his first client. Never going there again.
