I've had many positive experiences in this salon and i don't think they get enough credit for their work. Today I had Courtney, a young hairdresser with plenty of experience. She changed my entire look and took her time with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted. She gave me highlights, toned my hair, washed my hair, cut it and styled it. It looks AWESOME! I'm very happy with my color and cut and I will be returning to see Courtney.

I can't say all of the stylists at Regis are bad. But my boyfriend went to have his hair cut for school and left with an awful cut. The edges were no where near clean and instead of blending the long top, she created a strong line between long and short on one side and then faded the other. It look rediculous. We went to a barber shop to get it fixed and they were shocked. When I went back to the salon with photos of the cut I was told they would not refund him, but they would have touched it up for free. Why would he go back when they so badly messed up? Bottom line, don't have the newly staffed seventeen year old give you a hair cut. I'm not sure how she is even working there so young. Good luck, I'm never going back to this salon.
