Used Jean Scott for both buying and selling our homes. We had a great experience with both - Rachel made sure to explain the process of selling and made us feel at ease. She helped us with the staging & we sold our house with it being on the market for only 4 days! Tim was also so wonderful & helped us buy a beautiful home. I felt like both of them were very responsive to our needs & always willing to answer any questions. Their whole team really made both buying & selling so easy. Everyone was so professional, friendly & helpful and we really appreciate everything they did for us!! Would definitely recommend!!

Wow, what can I say about this experience. It could not have gone any better; it operated like a well-oiled machine. The staff was extremely responsive, accurate, and concise. Rachel, however, needs to put down her phone after hours. She was answering texts in the late evenings, weekends and even Sunday evening! The rest of the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get top-dollar for the sale of the house and they were able to justify the sales price with enough data to overwhelm the appraisers. Additionally, we followed their staging instructions and got several offers two days after listing! If you're looking for a strong team with the attributes described above, you need to look no further.

Real Estate dreams do come true! After a sudden family member's illness I needed to sell their Oviedo FL home from 1,000 miles away in New York. Well, Jean came to the rescue, she literally is my REALTOR HERO. She went above and beyond the highest of expectations. When I say she treated me like her own family member, I mean it. She found me housekeepers, repair personnel, painters, estate sellers, took in our mail, answered all of my calls and treated our FL neighbor like gold. The most important part, was of coarse, that she SOLD our home for good money with us never having to be in FL! She is trustworthy, professional and extremely knowledgable. Do yourself a favor and use JEAN SCOTT, THE REALTOR HERO!

Jean has helped me sell two home and I would highly recommend her. Both times she gave a thorough analysis of the pricing and neighborhood information. She helps prepare and list the home for the best exposure and both houses sold within two weeks. She makes what is usually a painful process pretty painless.
