I’ve seen Realtor Scott Garrison in action as a Realtor over many years and he’s stood the test of time. He is awesome at what he does and how he helps people buy and sell Real Estate- I highly recommend him. I referred him to my family members and he’s helped them both buy and then sell properties since at least 2005.  Even when my friends end up not buying or selling, they tell me he still helped them with info; he’s honest, he’s the most organized person I’ve ever met and always gets back to you when he says. He’s high-tech,  fun to drive around and look at houses with. He really seems to want to help. He knows good Mortgage Lenders that he referred me too also; I’d trust his recommendations.

Scott was very helpful in working with me over the course of months to find the right house for me to purchase. We went through many offers and rejections together and finally were able to settle on one which ended up in me paying much less than my original offer due to it appraising lower. Scott was also able to help me negotiate a repair credit on an AS Is contract which was very helpful and made me feel very good about the transaction. Scott will work very hard and will not rest until his buyers are satisfied. Highly recommended

I am also an Orlando Realtor and have worked with Scott for over 20 years regarding the buying homes, selling of homes. We both started off our RE careers with the same company. Recently he helped me selling with some Vacant Land using some type complicated of Land Trust that he made easy for me! Even with difficult Real Estate issues, give him enough time to think about them, and he’ll come up with an answer that works. He keeps in touch, both electronically and personally. I know him to be disciplined, helpful and one of the most organized people I have ever known. He remembers my Birthday every year, and never seems to miss a step or action that needs to be done. He always does what he promises…Whatever needs doing, I know he’ll just figure out a way to get it done. When I need to bounce a marketing idea off of someone I call Scott.

I have been working with Scott as a Realtor for many years. I am real Estate Investor here in Central Florida and own over 15 rental properties and know a lot of other Realtors to compare him to. It is good to be in partnership with Scott and he’s been in business since before my college-aged kids were born and knows a lot about both simple deals and complicated ones.  I can ask him for opinions about detailed, involved issues in  Real Estate matters that I know most other agents could even understand much less answer. He owns rentals and has done Investments here in the area too. He provides me with detailed Market reports by email and has great follow up remembering every detail of the transaction, and even remembers my birthday and those of my Family! I know I can rely on Scott and trust that I will be happy and he will get the job done!
