The Jeff Berthney State Farm team is top notch. I experienced a caring staff who listened to my needs, and most importantly to me, talked to me at my level, helped me understand, and then found solutions to meet my particular needs. The staff offers a professional, yet personal touch. I saved >$300/yr by moving my auto and home owners insurance to State Farm. With the savings, I opened another life insurance policy. I gave a 5 star rating for the reasons above, and this: Let's face it, the insurance world is dog-eat-dog. It's highly competitive. I've all seen the commercials where every company can offer me a 15% discount. So, what's different with State Farm? The Jeff Berthney State Farm team "nails" customer service and are true professionals in all areas of their work. They care about me, their client. I trust you'll have the same experience.

Had it not been for miscommunication and not know certain things this group would be great. But to tell one of their customers that's it's best to start looking for a different insurance company cause they neglected to mention a simple thing about your policy after numerous phone conversations is one of the few things that make this group have a bad name. That and attitude they give when you prove them wrong.

This office is very welcoming and easy to get along with. The agents are courteous and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Feel very comfortable insuring through here .

This agency makes you feel like family and not just another insurance policy!!! Jeff Berthneys State Farm agency has continuously impressed me. Jeffs staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and most of all honest. This office is determined to understand your personal needs/situation in hopes of building a long lasting relationship . It is comforting to work with people you cant trust. LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR Jeff Berthneys State Farm agency is always there, with a smile and a helping hand!!!!
