We were traveling to Florida for vacation and check engine light came on in our suburban. Jeff Smith was the closest Chevy dealership for us and we stopped in. They quickly got it in to check out and came to us with what was wrong and an estimate on price as well as how long it would take. They were more than willing to get us a vehicle so we wouldn't be stuck there with three small children for several hours and suggested places we could go and things we could do. The lady in the service department that took care of us was very helpful and went out of her way to get us back on the road.  Thank you!!!!

I was driving through town and called that morning to see if it was possible to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I live about an hour and a half away. The service representative was amazing. I even showed up 30 minutes early due to my schedule getting me there early and they took my car back right away. The service was professional and pleasant. I love dealing with Jeff Smith Chevrolet! Well done!

Horrible the only good thing i got from this place is the lady that help me with my car other than that I hate my warranty under them because the service department is awful. I wouldn’t recommend no one here

I saw a car I was interested in online and called to make sure it was there. Whoever I spoke with told me it was, and to come on out! I threw my shoes on and went straight to the dealership. When I arrived, it was already pulled up to the doors and ready to go- to another buyer, who had been there driving it and negotiating on it the whole time I was trying to get there. I drove 20 miles to get there! I was paired up with a new and inexperienced sales person, he was a sweetheart but he didn't know much. 
I know that different dealerships use different banks, but I also know (from all the dings on my credit report) that they also use a lot of the same ones. I had been approved for a used car around 12k @ a competitor the day before- but was unable to make a deal with them so I walked. I came to this location knowing what I could afford, what I could be approved for, and what needed to be done. We took a look at some other cars, and checked over all the Jeff Smith inventory. I spent almost 6 hours at this dealership. They were unable to get me approved for a used vehicle. My sister was with me and interested in looking at cars. Two of the sales managers got involved to help us with the numbers. And after 5 hours the sales guy is sent out to us with keys so we can go check out our NEW CARS that they got US approved for(IF we co-signed each others loans). This poor kid knew that this car wasn't gonna fly with us before we even walked outside, but he had no choice, because the managers said we had no choice. We were basically told to take it or leave it- They got us approved for a Chevy Spark. I'm sorry, I have two pre-teens, and I'm fat- I'm not driving around in a tiny blue rollerskate. The tall sales manager told me "You don't have to marry it, you just have to date it for a little while" I told him "I wouldn't even get smashed and take it home for a one night stand!!!" And he was like, well, this is your only option. 

I decided that 6 hours of this bull was enough- I had somewhere to be in 2.5 hours and needed to go home and change, so we left! 

I decided to stop in at a different Jeff Smith, that had one of the used cars I was looking at. Of course that car was gone too!!!!!! But the salesman at the other place was great. The finance manager came out, I explained my situation, and he went straight to running numbers and we went straight to test driving.... In less than an hour and a half I had picked out a car, we had numbers lined up, and all I had to do was wait til Monday morning to come in and sign papers once they finalized stuff with the banks. They had me approved for a used car, that this place couldn't get me approved for!!!!

I spent 6  hours at this Chevy dealer and walked away with nothing but frustration, and spent less than 3 total hours at a sister location and walked out with a 2 year old used vehicle, at the price I wanted, with the payments *I* picked. 

We came to this location because I had interacted with a specific salesperson on a previous family members purchase, and she was a GEM! But she was nowhere to be found, and no one could tell us where she went- funny, when I stopped at their other location, I ran into her!!!! 

I know that every persons situation is different, and all it boils down to the numbers- but this place just flat out could not help me. They wasted my entire Saturday only to try to pigeon hole me into the ugliest car on their lot. 

If they try to do this to you, just WALK!!!! And go check out the Jeff Smith VW dealer in Warner Robins. They did the deal in half the time with 0 bullcrap!!!! I got exactly what I wanted with a small down payment, and a credit score well under 600!!!!! In 4 years when this car is paid off and I hand it over to my kids- I know exactly where I'm going to buy my next car- and It wont be this dealership!!!

The service department went above and beyond to handle a warranty repair on my car when Five Star Chevrolet wouldn't. Highly recommended giving them a call for service work.
