T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E customer service. The worst!! We were stuck in Mexico because our flight was cancelled due do the ice storm back home. Jeffco Travel was no help. We had to find our own hotel and transportation for an extra nights stay and spent the better part of the day making calls to book our flights back home. Isn't a travel agent supposed make arrangements for you? To make sure you are worry free? Not this one.

Working with Lorraine was such a pleasant experience. She organized our group of nearly 100 people and I'm certain it was no easy task. Very appreciate of her hard work and I will use Jeffco Travel again and reccomend her any chance I can.
