Just awful.... Beware you are being used for data research in this place, hence the 2000 questions you are asked before services are rendered. I'm from out of state and I must sayou this place is abysmall. It's indicative of all the jokes and bad talk about how backwards the South is. They messed up on everything they attempted to do; from scheduling to medications...my so called doctor couldn't even put my scripts , in the computer correctly even though she was copying them from a form. People, the Medicaid expansion has finally come to Louisiana. You don't have to got to terrible places like this anymore. Louisiana will be dragged into the modern era, even if it's kicking and screaming to stay in the Dark ages. On a plus note, the social worker Vita is absolutely gorgeous. A spitting image of Analeigh Ashford. The only redeeming factor to the miserable experience I had in this place.

The woman that works behind the glass where you go to sign in is incredibly rude. She screamed at me because I am hard of hearing and had to ask her to repeat herself by saying "I am sorry I didn't hear you"

This place is disgrace to health care, humanity, and the American principles. It is shameful that this place is getting funds from the government!

I went in to schedule an appointment being new to the state. I am 9 months pregnant & was the only person in the waiting room/office yet they seemed bothered with me, wouldnt make an appointment, and the receptionist said she would call me the next day (after getting lost & driving an hour + & half tank of gas to find the place). It is a couple days later & still havent received that call. I have called everyday but no one answers the phones & the voicemail is full so you cant leave a voicemail. This is frustrating to say the least.

Have to go into the office just to try and make an appointment bc you can never get thru. The voicemail is always full but I was the only person there, the lady at the window was beyond friendly & helpful. I've heard bad things about WIC office and I had a great experience.
