The guys at Jeff Auto are great. I've been to several other shops in the area over the last few years, and between the upselling, the misidentification of problems, the overcharging, and careless mistakes, I've lost patience with most of them. The most recent one (when my car broke down much closer to Burlington), another shop forgot to put the gasket back on one of my ignition coils, and when I checked my spark plugs, there was standing water in one of them. Jeff Auto is the only shop I've ever been to that's been able to catch things that other shops have missed, are very reasonably-priced, and are always friendly. 

Jeffersonville is pretty far out there, so auto shops aren't nearly as abundant as they are closer to Burlington, but in the downtown Jeffersonville area, we're lucky to have Jeff Auto right there. Instead of having to catch a ride or take a day off from work, I can walk to and from the shop quickly and easily.

Honestly, if you've gotten far enough in your search for a garage that you're looking at reviews on Google, Jeff Auto is probably the closest shop to you, and you've lucked out, because they're great.
