I went in to get a Halloween card for my nieces and nephew. Someone that I actually know from the past, works there. Had a nice chat with her and her co-worker, the store was decorated nicely for the holidays. It's in a great location and I love stationary stores, as I worked in a family owned one for over ten years.
Maybe the person that had a negative experience in that store, caught someone having a bad day.  We never know what is happening in someone's life. Or maybe he was the issue.

This is an actual store on Portola Parkway. It is next door to Old Navy.

This is just a house in a residential  neighborhood. Not a Hallmark store at ALL.
