Always friendly service. Customer care is a priority. Love the store and parking is always easy. The lot is huge. The shop is hard to see from the street due to the large lots for open free parking but look for the signs on the outskirts of the lot that are billboard ish names saying which lot to park in to access store(s)

One of my favorite places ever! I come here whenever I have some time to myself and need a cozy place to read and have coffee. Awesome selection of books, nice and helpful staff, and LOVE the Starbucks! My go-to place for buying new books and having a quiet afternoon :)

Also a perfect place for the whole family to read and have fun :D

The experience was good. I would have given it a 5-star rating had not the representative told me that they did not have a book that I showed her a picture of but then she did decide to look it up and found that it was kept at the front counter. So, overall my experience was good, not great!

This is one of the best bookstores in the area. I just wish they have better chairs or sofas.
