At first the staff was super friendly. However, when calling to make an appointment. I was always put on hold for at least 10-15 minutes. I couldn't even get my question out and the alleged "supervisor" would never say her name and keep asking "what is your question again?" The "supervisor" kept dismissing everything I was saying, and was not clarifying.  I asked to speak to someone over her more professional and she said there was no one. whoever is the "supervisor" in this office needs to be a lot more professional. Whoever is the "supervisor" for sure needs to take a course or have training on how to be professional. Wont recommend this doctors office.
