This is the WORSE place ever to go to for help! I was a client for a few years. They cannot seem to keep staff and the staff that I came in direct contact with were horrible! Every doctor I had QUIT and I had to keep getting to know new people way too frequent! I was on the mobile treatment program and the first therapist Cheryl Moses came to my home with a Rambo Complex, Second Therapist acted as if needed therapy herself, the therapist after her QUIT and before leaving told me why she was quitting, the next woman Joan Weills came to my home under the influence of something, she was staggering in the door, very combative and when I asked her if she had been drinking or took something she told me to mind my business and not to be asking her any personal questions. When I asked her to leave she refused and then my Mom had to step in and ask her to leave. When I reported this to QCI they removed her as my therapist and get this they promoted her to a higher position(Can You Say Concentra) Random drug testing needs to be conducted at this place! The last therapist was the WORSE Allison Taylor! This started out ok, but as time progress I had an unbelievable experience with this chick! She came to my house and thank God that on this particular day my Sister and son was there! She asked me how was I feeling and when I answered her I said, "We're going to have to move before someone gets hurt" She started saying, "You watch what you say to me because I'll have to put you away for it. I was like, "Isn't this therapy? How are you going to ask me how I'm feeling and when I tell you, you turn around and use my words against me! You're not putting me any where, In fact you work for me" She started arguing with me telling me, "Oh I can put you in the hospital and no one will BELIEVE YOU over my LICENSE" I flipped out! The nerve of this woman thinking that she could use her LICENSE to have someone hospitalized because she was being checked (corrected) over her unprofessional conduct. To add salt to the wound she type in her notes a total different story of what happened in this session. Stating that I said I was going to kill someone and she left out all that she said and did that upsetted me, making it look like it was all me. If I hadn't ordered a copy of my medical records leading up to that session. I wouldn't have never known she wrote nothing but lies in my notes. I met with the CEO Millie Richmond, COO Alicia Dalton, Dr Umaru Labay-Kamara, and Alicia Moreno from the State of Maryland. Dr. Kamara lied to me saying that me and my family member could not be seen by the same doctor. Both the insurance company and few prestigious mental health facilities told me that this isn't true. That me and my family member could see the same doctor. During the meeting the CEO Millie Richmond agreed to add an addendum to that note that the statements Allison Taylor made were completely false. I was supposed to receive a copy of that note correction and this little woman isn't any better than her staff! She sent me a certified letter stating that an addendum was made, but she did not keep her word by sending the actual addendum correction. I cannot begin to express the damage QCI has done to me. I will NEVER trust another therapist or mental health facility! I went to them for help and and this turned out to be a nightmare! Just know that you have a right to be treated with respect and not be abused by anyone in the medical field! You have a right to your medical records and know what these so called therapist and doctors are reporting about you! If you have been hurt by this facility like me it's time to do something about it! Call your insurance company and tell them you would like to file a complaint and they will take your report and submit it to the State. This place is under staffed and assigns client's to unqualified people such as Allison Taylor should not have been working with me, because she is not a certified trauma therapist, they had me assigned to nurse petitioners¬ a trauma doctor. The hurt I feel I'll NEVER be able to type.

I love the staff at Qci they are really about their work and clients from my thearpist to my social worker even the one who issues my medication last but not least the ones who got better positions I love the Qci staff and I use the things that they help me with in my everyday life thanks to you all
