I've been a client of Jennifer's at State Farm since 2008. She is the very best. Takes time to explain the 'real' pros and cons of all your decisions regarding insurance for personal and business. In addition she offers guidance for annuities and mutual funds. She is professional with a down to earth style, reliable, helpful, gives you a thorough answer that you can understand, and a pleasure to work with. For your insurance / financial needs, you owe it to yourself to either make an appointment or speak with her on the telephone. Her office is conveniently located about a mile from the Mt. Nebo exit off of I-79. Thank you Jennifer for your wise counsel.

Jennifer and her team exceed our expectations with every interaction. They handled a recent claim for our daughter's car (out of state in college) and the entire experience was easy and quick for us all - from finding a nearby repair shop and rental car, to being available immediately for any questions. It's clear that this agency has a core value around serving the customer with excellence.

Jennifer is an amazing agent in that she sticks with a client's concern until she gets to the facts and the answer. While it may not always be the answer that a client hopes for, Jennifer sees to it that her client is provided the information on which the claim decision was based. She and her staff are customer-oriented, knowledgeable and accessible. She has earned our loyalty through the years! 5 stars!

Jennifer is truly a good neighbor. We we weren't happy with our auto and home insurance agent, and so we went looking for something more. We needed someone who would look after our needs, talk plainly, and whose focus was not about getting clients or selling insurance, but about delivering the best (and most appropriate) product at the best price possible. No heavy sales pressure, and no empty promises. She - and her amazing office colleagues - are fast, efficient, AND accurate. They stay in touch when its needed and are always friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for something better from your auto insurance agent - call Jennifer!

We initially began with Jennifer Johnsen-Nazareth in a simple effort to save on our family's auto and home insurance. we found that her firm also offers excellent financial services at rates far more competitive that many of the other top firms we investigated. We have been exceptionally pleased with her ability, professionalism, and friendly service. She is not going to badger you, but she is going to be there nearly the instant you or your family has a question or needs help. Absolutely among the very best firms with which we have had a long term relationship.
