Cheating Staff and the Owners: I had been getting the gas at this gas station for almost 7 yrs and even though there are days when I pay more to get car wash at another location in Highlands Ranch but sometimes while getting gas I will just pay $10 to get car wash at Jenny's Market. Apparently $10 car wash which is their top notch is supposed to get you Car Undercarriage wash and wheel cleaning too, however I noticed that undercarriage wash was kind of hit and miss, the wheel cleaners never really touched the wheels during my multiple stays over the years. I never really made a fuss about about it thinking that its just by chance that whenever I go here I see this and perhaps other times it might be working.

However due to continuous visits to this station for gas, I kept on using the car wash whenever it needed just a little scrub but it sure started bothering me that why the Management/Staff of Jenny's market is making fool of people by charging them for premium car wash while providing the basic. So last time this happened I asked them for the money back which they did.

Today again I went for a car wash, i noticed the same and was told that it was impossible since their car wash was checked by the Tech and it was working in perfect condition. I asked them to bet that I will pay USD 50 as a penalty if they allow one of their staff member to sit with me in the car and go though the wash again and if they find undercarriage and wheel cleaning equipment to be functional, otherwise they can return me the money along with USD 50.00. The staff refused to return my 10 bucks until the manager or the Owner lady came in, to return my money.

I was flabbergasted though that I was complaining about them not taking care of car wash and cheating customers, and they were thinking that it was an ploy of me to get my USD 10 back after getting a car wash.

Careful folks who go to this gas-station and get their car-wash there. If you are paying USD 10 for a car wash, make sure you are getting what you are paying for. Being a popular spot for gas, unless a lot of people start complaining, I doubt the owners are going to take any action to fix what is broken.
