Checkout and baggers are friendly and helpful. They immediately open more lanes if a queue starts building. Overall they are quick and efficient. My only complaint, I was looking to buy a Hawaiian bread bowl one time and was told that they had discontinued that item due to lack of sales. About two months later they had the shelves stocked with that item again. I don’t know if that employee just didn’t know what I was talking about or if it was really discontinued. King Soopers has a policy of asking the customer at check out if you found everything you were looking for. If there’s an item they are out of, they usually give you a free coupon for that item or a gift card to make up for it. This happened to me once when they were out of Arrowhead water. The store itself is pretty clean and usually has good deals going on if you’re a card member.

Very good service and workers were friendly. The bakery markdowns are an extremely good deal and are never spoiled. The only negative experiences I have had are with self checkout and the deli. At the deli they offered me fried cheese and I was very close to vomiting. At the self checkout the person that monitors everyone is very rude.

Very strange, "Roblox Dad"s review of his experience was the very same as my own! Anyway, I once saw a scary looking man steal 14-15 cookies from the case for free cookies for KIDS. I tried to stop him, but he was very fast and no one helped me so I gave up.

While I was at the deli section of this King Soopers the deli worker gave me free fried cheese. Sometimes the self checkout machines don't work but still a good store.

The staff is always willing to help you find what your looking for. I have to say the store manager is one of the best King Soopers has in town. You always see him on the floor helping his team out. You can see his hard work reflected in his staff as well.
