They get 5 stars just for getting me home.  I showed up alone and with no trade in later in the day and they rounded up a couple of guys and a car to tail me home late in the day for a couple hour drive.  If that's industry standard, that's news to me.  I was extremely glad Robert was well versed in all the features of the car and took the time to teach me as I was moving from a plain Jane to feature rich top of the line.

Being from Washington state, where Subarus are popular; it’s hard to find them in the Midwest. This dealership is amazing. The sales associates who work here are easy going but thorough and open to negotiation. Very honest and affordable deals. I recently started a lease at Jensen Subaru with the help of Gary Troth and I couldn’t be happier with my new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Mr. Troth was a pleasure to work with and isn’t the typical salesman. He engages individuals with a great sense of humor and makes the experience far less stressful. Not to mention the monthly lease payments are reasonable. You will be given an honest price at this dealership!

Don’t pay attention to all the fake reviews this place gets, they are the worst dealership that I’ve ever been to, I buy a car and then the clutch went out the next day... they refused to cut a deal on parts, now trying to get a window fixed, with an extended warranty, and they want $500 out of pocket for diagnostic fees. The warranty company told me that they’re over charging me and trying to scam me out of pocket. I’m sure this real review, with my personal experience will be removed.

Update: this is not a recent customer, and involved a 2001 Ford Escort ZX2

Recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Impreza Sport. I was instantly impressed by how welcome Robert and the rest of the staff made me feel from the second I came through the door.

Everyone was very kind and down to earth. I had loads of questions, all of them were answered and all of my needs were met.

The car is amazing! Thanks to everyone at Jensen who helped make it happen!

Friendly and nice staff. Easy to talk to. Only thing bad is that generally I have to plan two weeks in advance just to get an oil change. You would think personal car buyers would have first rights to any available spaces for oil changes. Staff or even sales personnel never seem to know if and what maintenance needs done at certain intervals and leaves you feeling that just an oil change every 5,000 miles should be okay for several 100,000 miles. I wish they would at least give recommended or general service interval recommendations. I also didn't appreciate getting called several times over several months asking for my car on trade. I asked what they were willing to give and was given outright bottom line price. Even though my previous purchase was damn near msrp. I give my good review based on good service and clean shop. Everything else about my car buying experience I did not enjoy, and if I do business with them again they had better wow me with a great offer.
