I have a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta. Love this car, gas mileage is awesome. Service department is top notch. They even clean and wash your car after any service, can't beat it. Will be buying my next car at Jensen Volkswagen Sioux City.

I was helping my brother to look for a car and went in around the end of October 2016 to asked about a 2016 gti they had online at their website with the e-price for 31000 something from 36000 msrp. Test drove the car and when we sat down to do the paperwork I was told that they would sell me the car for 33000 something. I showed them the add online and they told me the price was if I had gotten my own loan or brung cash for the car. At that time VW was having a finance special 60 months 0% and 1000 off for their end of the year 2016 models. I told them about the VW special and they took 1000 off which brought the car to 32000 something which was more then what they had online. So we left, called a dealer in omaha who had a 2017 gti with more options and same color which msrp for 37000 something and we got the car for 32000 something. It was sad bc I had brought a new STI and Mazda 3 from them before. I don't think I would buy from them again.

Awful Service.
A lot of empty promises.
The only reason why I didn't give them one star is because I love my car.
