Dr Lamb is by far the best surgeon in the Kansas City area. I chose him almost 6 years ago not only because he was the most knowledgeable, but because he was the most honest. The entire staff makes you feel very welcome and comfortable no matter the situation that brings you in. I also have had some Permanent cosmetic procedures done by Carri and I can not explain how happy I am with the outcome. Being able to wake up and have half of your make up on is the best part of starting my day! I would definitely recommend both Dr Lamb and Carri to everyone I know!

I've had several cosmetic procedures performed at Dr. Lambs office over the years, such as IPL, Botox and removal of moles, and I've never once been disappointed.  Dr. Lambs stitches are an art form and will leave virtually no scar, so I highly suggest using him if you're considering having anything done, especially where people can see it.  You will get what you pay for.  I love their product lines as well.  Very high quality with high quality results.  Are they expensive?  Yes.  Are they worth it?  Yes.  Beware of ordering over the Internet for products, as there are many fakes of these lines out there.  I did this once, and it's the last time.  If I had not still had the authentic product I bought from this office in my possession, I probably never would have known it was fake.  I also buy Latisse from there and at 48, my lashes look fabulous.  Carri is a doll!  I've had some procedure done by her and she'll make you feel beautiful!  I've not had permanent make-up done by her, but I plan to.  I've seen her work and she's an artist too.  As for Dr. Lambs beside manner, he's very personable and listens carefully, but under that somewhat quiet exterior, there's a funny man under there that can tell a good joke :).  And the whole staff is great!

At 230 today, I was supposed to see Dr Lamb to correct a birth defect that has plagued and embarrassed me all my life. I was so thrilled when I finally found the courage and made this appointment 2 and half months ago. I have been working myself up to this procedure for nearly 20 years- it seemed like a long wait but research led me to believe this office was worth the wait. YESTERDAY,  I got a voice mail notifying me that Dr Lamb would no longer be doing small procedures and that they were cancelling my appointment. I've waited 2.5 months only to be told less than 24hrs ahead of time that my appointment won't be profitable enough and so isn't worth their time! I'm heartbroken and disgusted! This is the most terrible greedy business practice I've experienced.  Obviously Dr Lamb puts dollars over patients. They could easily have honored the appointment I've waited so long for and discontinued taking new small proceedures, but instead I'm left with what I assume will be another 2 to 3 month wait while I search for another provider. Shameful.

This is a very professional office - I have been a satisfied patient for two years. Dr. Lamb is very personable. He impressed my husband by including him in on my follow-up care after a procedure. In addition, I am impressed with his great staff. I enjoy entering the door, having them greet me by name, and making sure I am seen at my appointed time. I had Dr. Lamb's nurse, Melody, personally call and check in on me after a procedure and she had even answered my questions after hours.  Shelly took great care to help improve my skin's integrity and set me on an easy-to-follow skincare regime.  Having insurance claims to rectify were not a concern as Kelly made sure I knew my charges, which were always clear and concise, and I knew the billing was done properly.
